I thought those were the best looking uniforms we have worn this year. Were a staple when Fuente was here.

I'll add another Like for the uniforms. I don't think they are the best combo we have, but I liked them.

I enjoyed the win saturday, but we shouldn't read much into what happened.

Imo, Tulsa played very poorly on both sides of the ball in that first half. Early in the game, i said to another tiger fan in the stands that tulsa looked really bad. The guy responded that they are 2-7 this year. Tulsa looked about as bad as Mercer, imo, and i was expecting them to be more competitive.

That being said, i thought brady made some good throws. I expect the two next teams will be able to bring more pressure on him, and he doesn't seem to do as well when that happens. Tulsa's defense was about as bad as their offense.

As for all the talk about our defense saturday, it did look good, but i think it was more of a result of tulsa being so bad.

We did get a nice pass rush on them, but i expect the next two teams to have better offensive line play.

A good team would have scored at least 40 points on us this past saturday. Tulsa was quite pathetic on offense. Tulsa just wasn't good enough to expose the tiger weaknesses like our secondary, and some of the things the tiger defense did will get exposed BADLY if they do that again against a good offensive team.

Btw, that bad tulsa team with two wins on the season beat us 21-20 in the 2nd half. And one of our scores was a punt returned for a touchdown.

All this talk about tigers trying to still win the west. I'm telling you it's gonna be tough for the tigers to win the next two games.
