Blocked Punt recovered on the 1. Anderson 1 yard TD run and the Herd takes the lead 10-7 with 2:30 to go in the 1st.

We have shittiest offensive play calling I’ve ever seen.

Your offense has no identity. You try to dabble in everything as opposed to being good at something. JMO from what I've seen so far.

Can't disagree with that statement. On 3 and 1, we bring in Klugh to QB and run the option (which is stopped and then Marshall blocks the punt) opposed to giving it to the workhorse LeMay.

They are truly overthinking play calling.

I’m not sure Brad Lambert has ever overthought anything on the football field.

RE: Charlotte @ Marshall
My theory that Lambert’s poor coaching gives away 10-14 points a game is valid so far.

I’m ready to have a coach that I don’t feel is two beats away from being down three touchdowns every game. We are always by the seats of our pants up to lack of preparation by the coaching staff every week.

Having said that, I’m glad we’re up against Doc. He’s almost as awful as Brad. He and Hopson are the two coaches in CUSA I’m not too scared of.

Stating the obvious, referring more to Montgomery.

Announced Attendance 19,418, guessing that was tickets sold not butts in seats.

I was at the game. That seemed about right. I was guessing 18-20K. Thanks for the hospitality. This is now a favorite trip for me. You truly have a football tradition and vibe that I envy. You can feel it in the town. I hope we can build something similar but Rome and Charlotte football was not built in a day. Best of luck the rest of the season. You dominated on both sides of the ball and were the better team yesterday. By the way, I was very impressed with the ceremony honoring the 75. Very moving. After seeing that, I was thinking there was no way we were going to beat you guys on this day.

My wife and really enjoyed our visit to Huntington despite the inept Niner offense. The Marshall people we encountered couldn’t have been nicer.

Glad you had a good time. We Marshall fans pride ourselves on treating visiting fans with the utmost hospitality, respect, and gratitude for them to travel to Huntington, WV and spend their hard-earned dollars in our hotels and restaurants.
