RE: Buffalo
Our marketing has been abysmal for a while. My nephew graduated from Kent within the last five years and still lives in the area. He has never been approached to buy tickets to any athletic event. To me, that is unacceptable to leave a huge, critical demographic untapped. Is the marketing department understaffed? Underfunded? Why do the billboards on SR 43 get updated halfway or three-quarters of the way through seasons?

RE: Buffalo
I tried to donate Tuesday for the new turf project however kept on getting declined after entering information. Realize things happen when trying to donate on line however no phone number nor email address on donation page if you have a question or comment. If this was private industry someone would be held accountable however I feel no one is concern about productivity because turning a profit is not an issue.
