I really like the Supersized Band and Massive Flock of Hot Chicks.

Pearson taking off his glasses to shoot FTs, then putting them on to play again is wonderfully weird.

Win is a win. With so many new pieces it isn’t going to always be pretty but hopefully they will come together quickly.

Definitely helped us that there is no "I" in team, but there are four of them in Dimitrijevic. Someone left "pass" out of his English-Serbo dictionary.

No. 22 scored the first 7 points for Mercer..didn't score again. The scoreboard spelled his name ethanstair...I was impressed with his play...a couple of fans behind me seem to be pulling for Mercer. I later discovered they were pulling for No. 22...his name was Ethan Stair... he was teammate of Sullivan at Hazelgreen..

We played much better in the 2nd half. The game wasn't as close as the final score would indicate. I like our defensive effort and the different looks we gave them. Still got to shoot better, but hopefully Bell helps there once he finds his bearings. I can see Will Butler being in foul trouble a lot this year.

We shot 4-for-23 from 3-point distance (17 percent, with Sullivan listed as taking just one when I'm sure he flung up more bricks than that), yet Nolan Bertain never left the bench (despite a McCoy sighting).

Nolan is a defensive liability.

Missed that but that's awesome. I'm a big fan of his hair.

Couple of things: I felt like the team totally stalled when Scootie came out. I enjoyed the Mercer PG yelling at their center because he was so bad. The entire Mercer team lost it on him after he got the great inside feed and had it blocked.

Mercer #11 reminded me of the kid from American Pie. I wanted to troll him, but couldn't come up with anything good enough, and honestly, his team was doing it for me.

Pearson had eye surgery that forced him for playing his senior year. I believe the eye wear is for protection and not vision related.

The 1-3-1 was fun to watch.
When Mercer managed to get the ball near the goal we went after shot and rebound with energy. Enjoyed that aspect too.
Lovan is fun too
