The only other contender to host College GameDay that week would appear to be Cincinnati at UCF.

When you said that, I looked ahead to which games to put on the Pick'em schedule for Week 12. You're right. There aren't a lot of compelling games. It will be tough to find 15 good ones. Another possibility for GameDay, depending on how this week's games play out, could be San Diego State @ Fresno State.

I hardly ever watch gameday, but will gameday setup at a game that ESPN wont be broadcasting, that will be broadcasted by a competitor? ND/Cuse maybe a nuetral site game but its considered a home game for ND this year and will be shown on NBC, not ESPN/ABC.

I don't think there is any doubt you will see a win. A local media guy tweeted that 20 football players had requested transfer documents. The school disputed his report. He said he trusts his source.

Earlier in the season I said he would be back because we can't afford to buy out his contract to get rid of him. I have read where Tyra has apparently said money is not a problem.

Now, certainly not after the players apparently exiting in droves; I don't see how we can afford to keep him.

As for his replacement, everyone wants Jeff to come home from Purdue. For its large size Louisville is a "very" small town when it comes to people knowing people, everyone knows everyone. I haven't heard anyone with connections to the Brohm Family say Jeff wouldn't take the job.

I read this morning that Purdue fans are expecting him to leave for Louisville.

PS.... Take it easy on us Friday night, OK?

Gameday does it all the time. Like last week for example. I think it's already happened 3-4 times this season.

OK. Then I guess the chances look good for ND/Cuse gameday broadcast.

Jim, Louisville still has a bunch of good athletes...I just don't understand the performance so far. I hope for no injuries on either side and a good game...with a Cuse victory. We haven't beaten you guys since the Big East. I hope to do a tailgate again in Louisville next year...hopefully a good date comes at us in late January to make it so. I'm hearing the crowd will be about 40K, Friday night games really kill the out of towners from attending. 04-cheers

UCF offers a compelling alternative but do they want nasty, immature UCF fans harassing the broadcast?

That would be awesome. We’ll start doing planning as soon as the schedule comes out. Hopefully Greg will join us again. Enjoy the game tonight

Two weeks in a row for the ACC, dealing with NYC officials to use Time's Square and the game being on NBC was probably a bridge too far

I can't think of a worse place to hold Gameday than Times Square.
