Kirkpatrick indicated DiNucci and the three senior RBs have been banged up for a couple of weeks and that if the fan in row 4 is upset about the play on the field so are the players and the staff. Do something about it then.

Don't want to see lackluster play for two or three quarters again or it'll be some booing going on from Section 407 later today like there was Mickey's last game and the last game Withers coached against Colgate.

the OL MUST play better. period. that goes for winning today, winning against Towson, winning in the playoffs. if we can't run, we can't win consistently. forget all the other reasons you think we're struggling. it's. all. about. the. running. game. we're a running team. we need to be in 3rd and 2, not 3rd and 12. this goes for today and every game. the OL MUST get push in the running game, period.

don't get me wrong, there are other reasons we have struggled. but some of those issues will be mitigated with an improved rushing attack.

I'm going to need a larger margin of victory to feel as though we've corrected our offensive woes. 5 point win suggests we'd lose this game if we had played on the road. "Hoping" for something like 34-17. Go Dukes!!
