Good old Donny and Brock giddy over the "bootstomping" we took against OU. Brock Gutierrez says he "can't say it didn't make him happy"! Yeah...we've sucked of late...no doubt about that. Still, it did bring a smile to my face thinking back to whipping their even sorrier azzes a couple weeks ago! They didn't happen to bring that up by the way. For awhile, I was actually pulling for the Chips to beat Eastern today. Not any more. EMU up 7-0 on the Chips if anyone cares. I guess it goes back to I'm ok when our fans say we suck as of late...still bugs me when the 1-8 Chips start yapping though. Screw Central!

What do CMU fans have to crow about? Their team is 1-8, might go 1-11 on the season. They got stomped by their arch rival in their own house. Who cares what they have to say?

At least for a while, there will be some residual jealousy from 2016 from our in-state rivals. We experienced a holy grail that MAC fans would kill for, even if just for one season.

CMU, what can you say? They have no class, never have had any.

Typically I root for EMU in this game but I wouldn't mind seeing CMU pull this particular game out. It might help keep Bono secure for a couple more years.

Speaking of the EMU-CMU game...

4th quarter, CMU down 14-7. CMU 3rd and 16. EMU rushes 2 and one of them bullrushes through 3 CMU linemen to strip-sack the QB...other EMU pass rusher recovers the fumble.

Keep talking, CMU fans. Your team is an embarrassment.

Chips should have started the freshman QB.

Despite the difficulty of the last two games, WMU remains head and shoulders above CMU on both the football field and the classroom.

Why are we upset at this? They're not wrong, they're likely to go 1-11, and the Victory Cannon and Michigan MAC Trophy are ours.

I have no issues with EMU. Much more classy group than CMU, and far more sophisticated too. I always root for EMU against CMU.

I attended the EMU/Army game a couple weeks ago and had a great time, even in the rain. EMU has some very loyal fans, even if they have struggled over the years.

CMU's announcers, just like it's football coach, are Meatheads and simpletons.

They're worse than the 2013 WMU team.

You should check out their offensive stats on the year. Absolutely horrific. And it comes in Bono's 4th year as head coach. What a dud. I hope he stays there forever.
