Terrentine never should have been handed the job.

And that's exactly what happened. Dunn handed him the job. No experience running development. Had no business taking over that position. High energy? Yes. Positive guy? Yes. In over his head and woefully unprepared to do the job? Absolutely.

Montgomery knew right away that it was an issue - though far from the only one.

Time for WMU to grow up and put someone qualified in that position.
