Health of basketball teams heading into openers
Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of any season ending injuries in MAC basketball of players that were on the roster going into this season. So far I have seen:

Bryce Moore WMU

Are there any others?

Not season ending (hopefully) but Ohio's Jordan Dartis hasn't yet been cleared to play after hip surgery.

Kent State's Danny Pippen is recovering from offseason knee surgery. He won't be 100% to start the season.

I believe Toledo is 100% though our PG Jackson had a health scare over the offseason that potentially could impact minutes on the court. Otherwise, we redshirted two incoming freshmen and should be loaded in depth.

Buffalo's Davonta Jordan was held out of the exhibition opener but Coach Oats sounded optimistic he'll be available for our first game. All other scholarship players played in the exhibition and are expected to be ready to go.

Not to jinx it, but Toledo is 100%. We figure with Fletcher blowing a knee in the MAC tourney opener we are due for good luck. UT just decided to redshirt one of the league's most recruited freshman, Keshaun Saunders, because their deep guard group is so strong. So, we could probably handle an injury on the perimeter.

Sounding like he wont be back until MAC play begins.

James Gollon also out for the start of the season recovering from hernia (I think) surgery.

It wasn't. Cardinals thumped the Sycamores by 17 as Moses became 6th Cardinal ever to get 100 career blocks as he had 4 more tonight.
