I would not change Hilltoppers.Too original(only DI school) and authentic due to the campus geography.

School name? Yes(hypothetical and will NEVER happen).

WKU would be renamed Kentucky State.They are a HBCU Division II school in Frankfort.

Murray State could become WKU - if- they wanted the name(they are 120 miles further west).

Kentucky State could choose from several possibilities.

I am proud of the name Western,WKU,or Western Kentucky University but think Kentucky State would have been more marketable,etc..

WKU has had the second largest undergrad enrollment in the state for many years.

Mascot: William Wallace inspired Scottish warrior with blue plaid tartan, shield & spear. Go all out & pound war drums & play bagpipes before each kickoff; heck, use blue plaid stripe on uniforms. We could own that branding.
