FAU travels down to Miami to take on FIU this Saturday, Nov 3. FIU is looking for revenge after last year's loss. I'm not sure what to expect in this one. FAU is definitely more talented than what their recent performances suggest. FIU looks to remain undefeated in C-USA play.

I expect a loss. Thank God we've won plenty in the series before this.

And if we lose I hope you guys win cusa going undefeated just to drive the old guard nuts. The 2 Florida schools winning the title in back to back years would be epic

FAU has led in every game this year outside of OU.

FAU has beat itself to a pulp this year with being 128th in TO margin, dumb penalties etc.

I mean we lost last week while averaging 9 yards a carry hold LA Tech to 2.8 YPC and 53 percent completions.

5 new coaches and an RS FR QB will do that I guess.

I say its close, but FIU makes the few big 3rd down plays and does not give FAU any cheap TD's and wins a low scoring game.

The only prediction I will make for Saturday's game is that at some point during the game FAU will hold a lead. That's all I can tell.

I saw FIU's helmet for this weekend. It looks pretty awesome. I just hope its a good game. Good luck to both teams and no injuries.

FIU still getting zero respect from national media, I mean one guy told everyone to bet WKU last week, I was laughing my ass off about that one...Guys who bet are all in on the Owls, to me that is dangerous....This is not your FAU team of last season, FIU by 14.

How is FIU’s run defense. Didn’t they get gashed last year by FAU? Honest question.

Our Run D is ok, not the best. To be fair, everyone got gashed by Singletary last year.

Would be nice if we actually used our mascot on our helmets instead of dumb numbers on one side and the state on the other

May as well change our name to the Florida Atlantic Floridas and our colors too since we never use navy

FIU really needs this win. Not necessarily for the conference race (still control their own destiny with a loss today), but for the program's momentum. FIU needs a big win at home to get the fans to show up and keep coming back. Plus it would be nice to really prove the Lane Train is off the rails this year.

"Must win" game for FAU if they want to keep their bowl hopes alive.

As we have seen this year, FAU run last year was just smoke and mirrors (hurry up, trick plays, Kendall Briles)

OK. I admit it. Really don't like Lane Kiffin. Gonna dislike him just a wee bit less if the Owls take down the Panthers. MT needs a little bit of help down the stretch. Obviously, bookies think it's gonna be tight. As do I. Gonna say 27-24 Panthers. Hope I'm wrong and that score is reversed.
