I think a lot has to do with what Ball State has for uniforms. They wore black so a blue jersey would have disappeared

I don't care too much about the unis one way or the other. The only thing I didn't like about the gold jerseys last night was the small lettering for the names on the back. Just looked out of proportion for a football jersey. Would rather they just left them off than using what is comparable to a "6 font" when you send out an email.

I thought the same thing. Trying to read names, even when a player was on the sideline, was next to impossible.

They wore black because we chose gold. We get to choose because we are the home team. The only time that changes is if the away team loses their jerseys or has a malfunction and in house we swap out jerseys because we have the ability to do so. It happened with NMSU against Wisconsin?? In week 1?

Ball State looks awesome on TV. Us? I can't really think of another team who has yellow yellow white? That's something I suppose?

I don't mind the color choice as we did something similar against them in 2016. But our gold tops suck and remind me of a Kent State practice jersey

Anyway... I commented on the post and they have blocked me to protect their image on the interweb. How sorry is UT that someone has the job to give someone else the job to Nix all naysayers around UT fb choices??? Does Ohio State block all Michigan fans who comment on things?? I post negatively and positiivley because I care! While I'm at it nix the Dave white jingle and basically every timeout game we have with the fans....

They blocked me a couple year ago when I questioned them on the point of making a big video production of the freshman football players going to the bookstore to buy books before the school year.

I then tweeted Paul Helgren and the UT Athletics twitter pictures of UT games I've gone to in Boise, Arizone, Boca, DC, Mobile, Florida and was like - you're really going to block one of your biggest fans, one who travels all over the country to see you play, because I thought it was stupid to make a big video about the football players going to the bookstore? They proceeded to unblock me, but didn't say anything to me.
