100 Miles of Hate Blood Drive Annual Challenge
I think this has been going since 2010 with one year off when MT left the Sun Belt for CUSA and wku left behind. MT has five wins in the Blood Drive.

And the winner is...

The Blue Raiders with 603 pints to wku's 412 pints. A good job by both communities.

Over a 1000 pints. That's over 3000 lives saved. Well done!

In the eight times the blood drive has been held, this was MT's sixth win. I suspect when wky football was rolling a couple of years back was when those wins occurred.

This was the first time I've given in this drive. They had reserved parking for donors which was the deciding factor in going since I didn't want to fight for parking and then end up getting ticketed for parking somewhere I shouldn't. Anyway, there must have been a late push at MT. I was there two hours yesterday, most of it waiting in line. There must have been a hundred or so students there to give blood while I was there.
