RE: Rice Vs UNT
I think it was the first personal foul on rice that was called for hitting the receiver out bounds. It was a good call, the receiver was out of bounds the whistle blew and the rice player could have avoid the player but he put his shoulder into the reciever while he was out of bounds. Good call on that one for sure.

We had a personal foul aganst LAtech for two guys giving a stupid high five away for the qb who was sacked. The players are stupid to do these things but I was suprised by the call. The person who officiates games for divison 2 sits next to me and he was suprised by the call. He will point out when calls are good or bad for UNT and the other team. He is no homer.

CUSA officials are equally bad to all teams. They are the worse crews I have seen in college ball. Some seem to enjoy the power of throwing the flag. I am saying it goes both ways on teams.

CUSA better watch out for Rice's qb in the upcoming seasons he looked good and will only get better. I was very impressed with his play last night and number 10 the reciever had a good game.

Where were the Rice cheerleaders last night? I knew the mob was not coming.

I thought that first call you mentioned was a little ticky-tack, but seeing the replay I couldn’t fault the ref for throwing the flag.

Wiley has promise as a QB. Not smooth or polished (yet) but he was up to the challenge yesterday, and then some.

My wife asked the same thing about the cheerleaders. Maybe they traveled instead to the volleyball game today at UTEP where Rice pretty much wrapped up the regular season title.
