Just looked. In Corinth on Sat, Nov. 24th, 2 days after Thanksgiving, in something called the Lighthouse Classic. East is there too, plays MS Callaway on Friday night.

You missed all the Keelon radio interviews about Penny backing off Chandler? He first said that Boyce coming would impact Chandler. Then he said Penny had backed off Chandler. Then he said that Penny seemed to expect other schools not to recruit Chandler, so Penny was put off. Then he said "what Penny eat don't make me crap".

To most involved it seems Penny has chosen not to recruit Chandler. Has nothing to do with DJ - they are cousins, but they are very independent households. Also, doesn't mean Penny isn't recruiting Jonathan. Although with Jonathan publicly leaving East, before Keelon got the Wooddale job, that probably didn't help the relationship.

I hear recruiting is fluid.

There's debate about whether Pastner really handled it. That season was a huge disappointment, And Self gets to handle it with the benefit of momma and reality dad being way out of town. Don't shortchange that difference.

It was a less than ideal situation, starting with Josh and the hire, continuing with Tubby and the reorganization, and then on to the radio interviews.
