Also I got this response to a post on the JMU board:

Actually... we are in the AAC for some minor sports, so it’s not quite 0%

But jmu is 0% in the FBS and ODU is 100%. We’re not in the same game to get to the AAC.

I know nothing and am only speculating by the seat of my pants, but I wouldn't be surprised if lacrosse moves to the AAC. UConn's move to the Big East means that the AAC will be one program short of the six needed for an automatic NCAA bid, so either they get ODU or Denver to move from the Big East or add another program elsewhere. From a geographic and institutional perspective, ODU is the choice.
