I think we have enough trophies for any one season. However, with respect to the Blue Ridge Border Battle, I find this to be a more intriguing rivalry for us in the long run.

I agree it is a must win; and of the three remaining games, this one is our best chance.

I think two is more than enough, but I also have no problem with setting up trophy games against the other big public schools in the conference. We gotta stick together.

Keep Adams in the pocket. Western will score, it's how we respond that will really matter. A strong run game is critical here; the more time we can possess the ball, the less time they have with their offense on the field, and the less their pass rush can pin their ears back and come after Herink. I would show their defense a steady diet of play action pass, whether the run is working or not (which it will against this defense). Keep a lid on this one, stay in control and don't let it turn into a track meet, and we'll be one win closer to the playoffs.

We need to win two of our last three to make the postseason, IMO, and of the three, this is the easiest get. Make it happen, then start thinking about what it'll take to win at Mercer.

Worst effort of the year on both sides of the ball. Haven't scored a touchdown against a bad defense since the first drive, and a very good Western offense is making the ETSU D look like a bad middle school one right now. First game I have been really disappointed in all year. UT outcome was to be expected, but this effort and outcome were not.

Totally and completely out coached and out played.

VMI was the worst effort of the year, not today. Offensively we were the same as we were all year. Defensively we knew Western would move the ball.

We have had no offense all year.

Win or lose. I love this team.

Great 4th quarter. This game would have been a blowout for ETSU if they had played with the same urgency all game.
