Nothing feels better than dropping 305 rushing yards rushing on the Chippewas knowing full well they are powerless to stop it.

Yup. Two consecutive good hires for football. What fool, or verified liar, would deny?

Nice work, KB!

6 of last 8, Baby! It's about results.

I’ve always said Lester is a great guy and clearly knows more about offense and QB play than any of us will ever hope to know. It was managing the whole team that slot of us were concerned about. Hope we keep it rolling this Thursday and set up a showdown with NIU at end of year.

Sure is fun to watch he and the team grow and evolve into a winning machine this year. With his highly ranked, balanced recruiting classes, great offensive mind, and overall team management, I think the future is really bright. This team is bought in, coming from behind, playing hard, and today dominating.

Fun to watch a class act like Tim Lester at the helm. I have a positive outlook that we're going to see good things in the future before he's done.

Very solid. The confidence level in the third quarter was extremely troubling, but they forced CMU into a boneheaded play and shut them down.

We’ve set ourselves up with a nice run, now we need to grind out a win over at least one Ohio team, play solid against Ball St., and take out NIU at home to clinch a trip to Detroit. This team can do it.

The execution of the RPO was impressive today. You could see their confidence build as they broke off good runs.

RE: Team looked GREAT today.
If you were told that Ricci led the team in receiving with 1 catch for 28. Reed had 1 for 13 and Eskridge had 2 for 5 with Wassink completing 5 for 51 yds you might’ve guessed we lost 10 to 35. But that’s what a dominating line and ground game can do. Solid game with few mistakes.

RE: Team looked GREAT today.
We did exactly what was needed today, which was run all over a terrible team. Anything less regardless of weather would have been disappointing. Our tests are coming starting with a Toledo team that is not as good as the recent versions of Toledo, but probably the toughest MAC team we have played yet.
We have 3 of the last 4 games at home including NIU. Our table is set, time to beat a good team or two.

Passing was not a viable option today. Weather prevented it. Wind was very strong. Gusty winds throughout the day.

Indeed the tests are coming. Ohio, NIU and Toledo will tell us whether this team is for real or another Cubit team- promising but just short. I think the pieces are in place both this year and next, let's make it happen.

Bogan always runs with heart and passion but you could tell he had an extra pep in his step today after what happened last year.

He’s such an amazing leader for this team. As Lester has said, he will be a CEO someday

Indeed. They have passed plenty of tests, I expect they’ll pass many more in the upcoming years. I like the upside.

RE: Team looked GREAT today.
I actually didn't think we looked all that good yesterday. But I am obviously glad to see us grind out the victory anyways. That INT by Grace in the 3Q is what ultimately got us energized to put the nail in the coffin. This is a tough group of kids collectively. Besides the Delaware St. game, we still have yet to put together 4 consecutively good quarters of football. That should scare the rest of the MAC.

I disagree, I thought our ROP offense was executing perfectly most of the day.

CMU has played most teams tough in their losses. Not TIM LESTER'S Broncos though.

I don't believe we ran much if any "RPO" yesterday.
