Ford is the woman who testified in front of Congress during Justice Brett Kavanaugh's nomination process.

Bromwich, that staffers for Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley were willing to fly to her home in California, or anywhere she chose, for a private interview instead of public questioning. The offer was made after Ford said she has a fear of flying, despite regularly taking flights across the country and the globe.

"By not informing their client Dr. Ford that Sen. Chuck Grassley, Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee offered in a letter to 'fly female staff investigators to meet Dr. Ford… in California, or anywhere else, to obtain (her) testimony, Katz, Banks, and Bromwich violated the following District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct," Judicial Watch released Friday. "Rule l.4(a) – A lawyer shall keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly comply with reasonable requests for information [and] Rule 1.4(b) – A lawyer shall explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation."

During her testimony, Ford stated she did not know the offer was made by Grassley's office.

"We are concerned that ethics rules were violated by Dr. Ford’s attorneys during the Kavanaugh confirmation and took action to get accountability,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released in a statement. “We already filed a Senate ethics complaint against Sen. Cory Booker over his admitted rule breaking and are considering additional steps to address the misconduct committed by Justice Kavanaugh’s opponents.”

In addition to Ford, Bromovich is also an attorney for fired and discraged Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe.

That is good. Ms. Ford certainly won't file a complaint. The Dems used her like a 3rd World prostitute.

Personally, I think she is the one who is a liar, but it will be nice to have her attorneys on record confirming it.

The alternative is that they admit they are sleazy Democrats abusing their client. But then since she really wasn't afraid of flying, its pretty hard to believe they weren't all liars.

Why? You aren't interested in seeing someone who likely violated the law by lying under oath and some who likely committed serious ethics violations while engaged in a partisan character assassination dealt with accordingly? Why would you give any of them a free pass?

This is exactly the problem. Republicans have let too many things drop, because they were a "waste of time."

There was no point in pursuing Ted Kennedy's blonde-in-the-pond moment because "he and his family have suffered enough." So they got 40 years of Ted as the "Lion of the Senate," and plenty of absurd and harmful legislation.

Those little things add up if you don't pursue them, and after a while it becomes the norm to do them and expect to get away with them. Lois Lerner. Fast and Furious. Benghazi. The server.

The one time they really pursued anything, Monicagate, was a stupid one to latch onto. They had a popular president, with a strong economy, who was willing to work with them and make deals. And how could it possibly be a good idea to make Al Gore president for even a microsecond? So of course they went stark raving berserk. It is the one instance that truly was a waste of time, so that is the one that they pursued.

It's a waste of time to go after the people in this issue....

It's not a waste of time to point out that politicians politicize everything, often without the knowledge of the 'victims'.

Said differently, much of the anger is based on principles of fairness or civility... offering to send female staffers to someone who said they have a fear of flying is a civil reaction, whether one believes it deserved or not... and that fact was hidden from the 'victim', which of course taints the actions of the 'victim'.

It CREATES the problem and then blames the problem on the other side.

Right does it too, just not this time.... sort of like how every attempt to control UNNECESSARY costs is supposedly taking food from children.

Pursuing lying under oath before a judicial or governmental body by Ford and/or her lawyers needs to happen to serve as an example of what could happen to those who consider doing the same — long drawn out expensive legal battle is nothing anything wants even if it doesn't result in fines, loss of license or doing time.

If she'd just said it happened during a fightfight inside the Saudi consulate, all of y'all would believe without question.
