Two freaking idiots coaching and both made enough bad decisions to lose that game....

I told my son Western dodge a bullet on that first kick when ODU did not put a player back. I told him we lose this game when I saw them run a player back at the last second on the 2nd kick. If you are 15 yards short on a 57 yard fg....

throw it to the endzone! Hell better yet, throw it 10 to 15 yards down field and ODU will probably commit another penalty. From the first time I saw ODU play I thought they had a really bad coach and from the first time I saw Sanford coach Western....

I knew we had the biggest idiot to ever walk the sidelines. Boy Idiot fits him perfect. Congratulation on ODU finally getting a win vs Western...

Not only that but he was kicking into the wind. Really love y'all's new coach. And you know he's not going to get fired because he's only been there two years. Gotta give him time.

He had the wind at his back I thought. I agreed with him going for it with 30 mph wind at your back. I thought it was blowing screen right to left.

It was blowing right, left, up, down, diagonally, every which way. Just a stupid, stupid decision to try to kick it not only once from 57, but again when he came up WELL short the first time. I'm confused why Rinella was kicking anyways? Nuss had enough leg on the 51 yard kick vs Louisville but it was just wide right. Rinella couldn't even get it to the goal line...

Man crazy. Thx. Tv kept suggesting it was at back but flags were going nuts. It was super obvious he was miserably short so I was thinking maybe he saw him in practice and assumed he just miss hit the ball. But at that point when the kick went up I was like oh snap is this happening?

Just looking at the flags it looked liked they were blowing into the face of the kicker. But I watched again and realize I can't really tell.

I just got around to watching the ending of this game....lol wow.

My take is this: none of this should've ever happened. It should've went to OT. That roughing the passer call w/ 0's on the clock is a terrible call. Absolutely garbage terrible call. Should've never blown the whistle. But then again, this is CUSA officiating....we have THE worst officiating in all of college football. We get reject officials that all other conferences don't want calling their games...therefor they are the least experienced (relative to all other officials). So this is the product we get from the officials. You don't make that call unless it's EGREGIOUS! Should've swallowed the damn whistle. Sucks for WKU fans.

Toal hit him late at the head/neck area. Easy call.
