Three words: Dead Bronco Society. Now might be an apt time to reconstitute. The younger brats won’t get this at all.

RE: RIP Dan
Oh wow. Such sad news to come across. My condolences to Dan's family and friends. I have no doubt he'll be cheering on all Bronco teams (and ripping on all Chimp teams) from above.

RE: RIP Dan
He made a major impact on this forum. It won't be the same without him.

The last time I saw Dan in person was at Wayside West on Stadium Drive, we'd met there after a football game for a quick drink (or two). I believe his daughter was on her way but not yet born, Dan was telling me how excited he and Aimee were getting ready for that. I loved just talking to him, he was the kind of guy that made you feel better just chatting with.

I had to get on the highway to head back home so we downed our drink, headed to the parking lot and he waved from on far, baseball cap perched on top of his head, with a big smile on his face-like always. That was Dan and always will be in my memory.

RE: RIP Dan
Sorry I'm just seeing this now. I had no idea. How very sad.

Dip and I had strong WMU-EMU debates going back to the early 2000s on Mlive. Really sad to hear that he has passed. He brought passion and intensity to every post. No one else like him.

I even joined the site he started just to jaw with him and DB...
