If UVA beats LU, and if VT beats UVA we would be tied for first maybe? That assumes that we beat VMI which doesn't look as easy now as it did a few weeks ago.

More like I expect our defense to run more than a zone/man pass coverage playing six yards off the receivers almost every play. The only mystery is the placement of the safeties and where X will line up. It’s painful to watch. Not sure why you reached to an expectation of nfl caliber play in three phases of the game. Clearly, not the original point.

I will be sadly disappointed if they don't come out and just punch WKU in the mouth from the first series. Quite tired of watching this team play so far below their potential. I know that they have the goods, just need to deliver for the whole 60 minutes. Win or lose, they have been, are, and will continue to be my team ..... but c'mon man 1 -6, this is getting painful to endure. Getting jabs from all over the place, like "what happened to the team, injuries, suspensions?" I just have to grin and bear it, unfortunately.

I made a mistake and had my calendar identify NT as an away game, made a commitment for an out of town trip that weekend. Years past I would have argued and stomped around until I was released from the obligation and got to see the live game. I was shamed into honoring the out of town commitment, based on the fact that the team has done nothing (except the pull a rabbit from your hat VT game which has worn off) and they are simply playing for pride and to finish out the crappy season - watch it on TV and give the tickets away.

I’m not certain we’re city champs this year....

Dead last in CUSA on 3rd down conversions. That is NOT a good stat for such an otherwise prolific offense

This defense is sooo bad

DBs playing 6-8 yards off the receivers every down. Even playing off past the first down marker on third down. So annoying to watch.

Way to go Defense!

A disappointing start on offense ..... just can't understand why ODU punter cannot coffin corner kick. Defense getting pushed around all over the field .... only second time WKU has scored on opening drive.

Looking at their empty stands and wondering if we are going to be headed in the same direction if this crap keeps up.

Why aren't they wearing our school colors?

So much for us coming out and taking it to them. Offensively our OL is pathetic. We look like a demoralized team on defense. We are now staring a 2-3 win season in the face.
