Floridians are the worst drivers, have the worst attitudes, and make the worst decisions of anywhere in the entire universe. It is proven.

Kinda like the big public universities in the ACC shouldn't have teamed up with Duke, Wake Forest, Miami and Boston College.

You mean like BYU?

Nope...

BYU is close to free for church members.

“As BYU's sponsor, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints subsidizes tuition prices with its members' tithing funds. In principle, each student attending BYU is on scholarship. “

Liberty has better overall facilities than anyone in the SB thanks to Arthur Williams, not the US taxpayers. I just don't get all the hostility.

RE: We owe Liberty an apology
My question is with Liberty athletes, do they have to be enrolled as on campus students, or do online students qualify??? I remember when Johnny Manzel was at Texas A&M his last season he wasn’t attending classes in college station, he was an online student. So was wondering how that worked there.

You can argue the same for every public university in the country.

I care nothing about the arguing. It’s silly. The facilities are good. From Tennis all the way up or Football. They are legitimate.

No one else is selling Online classes and collecting well over a half a billion dollars from guaranteed federal student loan funds.

Troy has a large amount of online degree offerings and are very successful with these students.

Liberty is hustling the system just like Devry, Strayer, University of Phoenix and all of the failed scam universities that have been shut down. Without the federal guarantee student loans, these businesses have ZERO business.

And Obama did nothing to curb predatory student loans; he actually put more money in the pot.

Are you trying to compare the Sun Belt to the ACC? They are two entirely different situations.

More to the point are we really comparing Duke, est 1838, ACC member since 1953 to Liberty, est 1971???

Also, Wake est 1834, ACC member since 1953, Miami, est 1925, ACC member since 2004 and Boston College, est 1863 ACC since 2005. Those schools don’t quite have the same history as Liberty.....

I wish LU well, but hope the SBC never issues them an invitation to join the SBC. Same for JMU. Brigham Young? You have to be kidding. They have absolutely no interest in the Belt, and are only interested in the Pac-10 and maybe the Big 12. As far as scheduling some SBC teams, that may be an option in the future, but, IMO they can't last much longer as an independent.

Ehhh you should check our future schedules...we can last as long as we want as an independent, and frankly, we LOVE our schedules over the next several years. Dare I say...we would turn down a SBC invite now that we’ve tasted the freedom of Indy status. Two more FBS and one FCS win and we’re bowl eligible this year.
