Hint: The star is Luke Wilson.

That should narrow it down quite a bit.

Sad.

That's idiocracy.

It is and it is.

Fact is, if it wasn't Hope but another church of certain denominations, this would be a very lengthy thread still posted on the Tigers board.

There you go. Lets bring race into the discussion. Figures that was your next move.

If a church, organization or company wants to pay to advertise on the stadium scoreboard, go for it. Fans don't care if they are black, white, blue or orange. Their money is all green.

I'm glad Hope is a good church.

I don't understand why some of you cannot grasp that our AD should not accept partnerships with any church.

I have no idea if Hope is good bad or ugly. Google search engine said it lurved errbody.

Is our AD preaching at Hope now? He studied for the Catholic priesthood for years. lol Not having read this thread carefully, I have no idea what he did at the FootBall game.

All I know is, Opinions of Tom Bowen range from he's not that bright, to he's not a people person, to he's our 'Saviour' and we should bowdown.

1. Football fans don't want to hear any criticism of this guy.
2. Memphis is Bible Belt territory.

Add those together and you prolly should understand.

RE: No, seriously?
Well it is a secular University. Separation of church and secular institutions is pretty much a given...anywhere but the Bible Belt.

If the AD of UCLA partnered up with a Church, it would be laughable.

Don't see many black Jews.

Don't see many white Cogic.

Certain denominations are dominated by certain races. Doesn't matter to me what color or religion you are. If your church wants to spend the money to advertise at a Tiger game, go for it. Helps the schools budget.
