BW I hope you are right! This is just awful football we are witnessing

Interesting BW, Jones is on Nick Saban staff as an advisor I believe making 35,000. He has made his money at UT. Perhaps he could be CMU coach again without a desire to move up again and stay for a good amount of time.

Not happening.

The guy who needs to be put on notice is Ostrowsky. Coming into this week, we were 127th out of 129 FBS teams in ppg.

Can someone explain how Hicks had 1 catch for -2 yards and Law had 0 catches? Our two best receivers barely see the field. It's insanity.

In today's game offense is easier to come by than ever. The rules are designed to generate more points; we can't score. What does that tell you?

Ostrowsky is expendable and needs to go. That's it.

Ostrowsky was fine last year though I think we were second in MAC in offense. We have systemic flaws in every aspect of the game except fgs. This is all on bono 80. I wanted him to succeed when everyone was bitching at the hire I was one of the few vocal ones saying we needed to give him a chance. It just has not worked out.

Any news in this front BW, would a loss to WMU accelerate this process. I hate the ponies, but willing to sacrifice a W for the long term health of the program.

Yep, QB play is part of it BP. I've been following CMU football since 1974 and this is the worst I've ever seen them play.

The OL is making everything on offense a problem, IMO. There is no consistent blocking, run OR pass. I would say the OL coach should be the first to go, because that group seems to have gotten worse. Buffalo and WMU's OLs looked light years ahead of us. Youth is also part of the equation. We have played a LOT of freshman this year. I actually think Lazzaro is OK, but he needs to stop trying to make plays that his arm can't make. It's not strong enough to force the ball into anywhere.

Bad logo.

Bad coaching (Bono, et al).

Bad leadership (Alford). Do something!

Bad marketing.

Losing fans by the thousands.

BW, are you hearing any grumblings out of the football offices? You mentioned Its time, is that your own thought or are the powers at be thinking along those lines as well? Butch Jones, LaFleur, again are those your names or have they been well "discussed"
