At the last home game Walker had his left elbow in a sling. Must have hit him with his right one.

Walker originally went to Kansas St out of HS and then left the program and joined NIU correct? Wonder if getting in trouble at KSU had anything to do with why he left there as well

What a shocker, college fb player not very bright. Thinks the world gives a #### about his dumb $$$. He will fail any conditions team gives him. Sounds like he transfers to D2 or D3

I'm sure it will take them a bit to figure out exactly what they're going to do and get everything in order.

He many not be guilty, convicted in a court of law but sounds to me the conditions for being removed from the team permanently, suspended from activity at minimum have been met. This isn't FSU or Oklahoma.

I believe that the guidelines towards bond have changed recently due to prevailing opinion regarding discriminatory towards the ‘financially challenged’.

My ex brother-in-law the cop once referred to a waffle-cone in dealing with a non-compliant perp. This procedure consisted of slamming on the brakes while transporting the perp in the squad car and having the face of the back seat passenger impact the metal grid separating the back seat from the front. One of many such off the books adjustments back in the day.

Yea, but they have to be more sure of what really happened than we on this message board are.

The Chicago cop way was to take a heavy telephone book and slam the perp on top of the head. Sent chills down your neck and spine with no evidence. Alligator clips wired to an electric charge connected to certain body parts would do the trick of getting a confession. Walker was lucky he was arrested in DeKalb county.

"Are you with me, Mr. Walker?" Montgomery said at one point.

"That wasn't me, man," Walker responded.

Or at least a character issue. Among my top expectations is a quality/clean program. Carey appropriately handled the Devon Butler issue back in July 2012 and I am sure he will this time.

Again, enough info to make me think he should not be part of team activities. They have the right to decide, no? They don't have to kick him off the team, take away his scholarship. Is it perhaps since he is now "injured?"

From what Ive be told the kid does have mental issues possibly bipolar and he was off his meds. I do not know the kid personaly but this has to account for some of the strange behavior. Football is the least of his problems, I wish him the best.

That or he was on drugs (a little bit more than the standard weed :), maybe and probably both.

Overall, just sad.

That's what I heard too. I'm rooting for the kid.
