The Geneva Conventions cover prisoners of war who are fighting under a flag and in uniform. Nothing about Khashoggi is covered under the Geneva Conventions. Here's what I don't understand. The Saudis and others have been committing what are atrocities under our standards for decades--stoning women who have ben raped, killing Christians, others. Why is this one suddenly the one that provokes so much ire?
