Good: We only play 1 more team that may wear red. So far 52 points per game given up to those in red. Mean median and mode.

Bad and Ugly: I don't have either the time or inclination to type it all.

Good: JMU losing to Elon wearing a familiar State Logo helmet.

Bad: Watching an ODU player on the kickoff team dancing to stadium music while his team is down by 2 scores late in the game.

Ugly: Arm tackling, an ODU tradition.

RE: Halfway Point of the Season: Good, Bad & Ugly Opinions
Good: Beating VT that put us on the national scale and I've heard us mentioned at least once every week since. Too bad we haven't backed it up with wins on the field. Oshane is getting the exposure he's needed and our WR duo have been mentioned several times that they will play at the next level, which is exciting. Even Blake has been getting love with the numbers he's been putting up.

Bad: Playcalling/execution and inconsistency. I am still baffled that we (at least offensively) called and executed plays well enough to beat VT, yet since, we have not been able to beat teams like ECU and FAU, not to mentioned blowing the lead against FIU and losing to Charlotte. The amount of 3-and-outs or drives that end in a punt or TOD are too many, especially at the end of the ECU game where we couldn't finish.

Ugly: The obvious: 1-5. Whether we beat Tech or not that is god awful. I think we should be at least 4-2 (Every game has been winnable with the exception of Liberty and FAU, and even those I feel like we should have been more competitive). We have some talent on this team and we should have a better record but there is something missing with this team that can't get them over the top. I mentioned playcalling and execution before but I think there is something else that just isn't there.

This next 4-game stretch into conference play will be huge for the team. I just hope the team doesn't get walloped and can get some wins out of it. I've already convinced myself that a bowl is no longer in the picture, but I'll still be rooting hard for our team every week and would love to be surprised.

What? Our offense is horrendous, and our OC has no clue what he's doing...

Really?
I thought it had a nice look.
Multiple formations, motion, misdirection.
Good passing attack and adequate run (except the egg your rush laid vs Villanova)
I like Russo
It looks to me to be very complex, which is why I think it gets better throughout the season as the players start to "get it"

You are averaging 33 ppg against good competition.
I guess I could be confusing complexity with confusion though. 05-stirthepot

Good: With such a dismal football team, I have more time to spend working on my yard.

Bad: With such a dismal football team, I have more time to spend working on my yard.

Ugly: My yard is really, really big!
