Seeing this made me think about the length we are going to have next year. At some point during the season we are going to see lineups where our smallest player on the floor is 6'6.

Yep. We will have only 2 players under 6’4”.

Achiuwa scheduled his first two official visits today. Kansas and North Carolina.

Remember, he was already here on an unofficial for MM. I’m pretty sure he has a grasp for the Memphis program and fanbase. Having said that, if he gives us an “official” I’d feel really good about him.

Yep. We need an official if we’re gonna have a shot at him.

Evan Daniels at 247 says he has an interest in nine schools. He has already taken four unofficial visits. If he has five officials to take - well 4 + 5 equals 9. Not saying that's how he's thinking about it -- could be a coincidence.

It doesn't sound like you can roll over the official visits allowed for one period or time frame to the next. Evan Daniels said to expect a decision in the spring. So maybe he only has five official visits to take before then oh, I don't know. Again he's taking four unofficials already and if you believe Daniels, he's only considering nine schools.

We need to pack the House at MM, and, have all those recruits feel at home. I think that is part of the reason Wiseman finally decided to commit to Memphis. He knows Memphis is a basketball town, and, we appreciate talent.

Yep. If he don’t give us an official the chances of landing him aren’t good.

Reading between the lines provided this morning by John Martin while he was talking to Calkins - it seems the Memphis staff is working on an official visit from Achiuwa. Martin said there may be some news coming out in a few days regarding Achiuwa but would not elaborate. Calkins said well it must be a visit then and Martin responded there may be some information coming out for the Memphis Daily. Again just reading between the lines :)

Getting Precious would be a fantastic get. This guy is a supreme athlete and is a rebounding force. Man I would love to see this guy running side by side with Wiseman!
