The Dome in Saint Louis
The members of the Convention and Visitors Commission has now convinced themselves that they must bring football back to Saint Louis at any price. They are desperately pursuing teams from either or both of the proposed new leagues.

Link? I wouldn’t be surprised. They should have NBA and MLS teams as well.

RE: The Dome in Saint Louis
I was in St Louis for a Cards game a couple of months ago. We stayed near the old TWA Dome. I was surprised how worn it looked. All the sponsors that used to ring the top of the stadium were now gone, except for a lone Dr Pepper sign. It looked like it was deteriorating due to a lack of operational funding. None of the development around it that was promised when it opened mid 90's ever happened. A fan at the Cards game told me the new Busch Stadium and their Ball Park Village pretty much killed the rest of downtown by sucking the limited disposable dollars there. Union Station, Mike Shannons, heck even a Wendy's we ate at many years ago have closed. The Cardinals and the accompying BallPark Village are awesome, but get a couple of blocks outside that and it is pretty sad.
