based on what? They struggled with a 1-AA and have not beaten anyone of note. They'll rack up wins in the ACC based on most of the ACC being awful but they aren't more than a middle of the pack NCAA team. ECU can take care of them for sure just like they did UNC.

I am no fan of NCSU, but they have an elite QB. Top 5 in the country I'd say along with Milton, Tua, and Grier. They also have a bunch of good WRs including a likely first rounder in Harmon. NCSU is at worst a top 35 team imo.

That 1-AA is James Madison...they don't suck.
They are playing at @Clemson and @Cuse in a few weeks...we'll see how good they are.

unc blew the doors of james madison. Nuff said. Nothing they've done this year leads me to believe they are pretty strong, or anything more than completely average.

They’re not strong. They played 4 horseshit teams to start just like every season.

Hopefully ECU can continue to improve every week. I really want to beat these guys. Especially since this game would never have been scheduled if N.C. State didn’t think they were something this year. A win would bring the series within 2 games.
