He had kind of been the running joke amongst the fanbase for a few years and sort of the poster child for Spurrier's sloppy recruiting at the end (was a two star UAB commit with no other FBS offers, Spurrier saw one highlight tape and offered him without telling the assistants). Stuck it out and finally had his big moment.

Don't know if it's just me but South Carolina/Missouri has been a pretty weird series so far.

2013 - South Carolina comeback and missed field goal
2014 - Gameday, SC inexplicably doesn't go for two and ends up blowing a late lead
2015 - We decided to start a true freshman QB, Columbia, SC gets hit with a historic flood on the same day
2018 - WTF

If you want to go way back to that independence bowl and the big Brad Smith led comeback.

Could be the Eastern division's answer to the Auburn / L.S.U. weirdness.

The game where we trail by more than 20 heading into the second half and return 3 int's for touchdowns to win.

The game (before your time) when Auburn blocked the L.S.U. extra point that would have tied the game but an L.S.U. lineman grabbed the block out of the air before it hit the ground and ran it in for 2 to beat us.

The game in Baton Rouge with a fan with a whistle in the stands that stopped a play in which Auburn scored and then we failed to when we had to run the play over.
Which was also the game that set off the seismograph.

The game in Auburn when a campus building located next to the stadium burned to the ground during a comeback.

The L.S.U. / Auburn series is one of the most bizarre and entertaining of all of our series. If Mizzou / USC turns into the same it will draw a crowd no matter the records.

Gonna take a while before we can top that!
True Dat!!! I doubt there would have been any fires anywhere near the stadium Saturday. 03-lmfao

There was an Ark.
As long as those dang fireants don't get onto an ark.

Those ants will cluster and float during flooding, and the mounds spread after a heavy rain.
