BYU game - how much is NIU being paid?
Does anyone know how much NIU is being paid to get beat by BYU? I hope it is worth the trip to Utah and makes some money for the football program.

Home and home. Only get paid by Iowa and FSU.

BYU is scheduled to play at Huskie Stadium in 2020. Since it is a home and home deal I doubt there is a big pay-out for NIU playing at BYU this year.

BYU could end up buying out of their DeKalb visit and so in essence NIU could get paid for their visit. Just not this year.

Doubt it. Being independent they seem to set up schedules pretty far in advance

I know we could use the money but I would much rather have them come to DeKalb.

Me too. I hope they try and schedule something again down the road. Would love to see a 1-1 with Boise too.
