Peak football is past us. College attendance ain't goin' up, same with basketball actually.

What's scary is the attitude he des rives by the students. They could care less.

The attendance decline seems to be mostly an elite program problem. These schools where the worst seats in the house are $50. These schools are going to have to lower ticket prices some if they want to make up the difference in attendance. I'm betting Bama students pay quite a bit for tickets as well.

Alabama’s problem is their home OOC schedule is stAte, Louisiana and the Citadel, when you’re beating the “Big Boys” by 50, how excited is the fan base to see them play a couple of not good G5 schools and an FCS, and to a lot of fans, G5 and FCS might as well be the same thing. Even Bama fans want to see Bama play a bigger schedule.

Also it was an 11 am game which is a problem even if you're #1
