Keys to this game as I look at both teams:

1. EMU has to come out swinging in the first half. If we don't have a two possession lead on the scoreboard, are chances of winning won't be good because...

2. WMU is a second half team. They rank 3rd in 3rd QTR scoring, while EMU hasn't let an apponent score in the 3rd all year. If something is going to give, we better be up at half.

3. We need to play to stop the run first and hope our secondary can do their job without support. WMU average rush yards per game is 204, which sadly is less than we give up! Could be a big day for their RBs if we don't focus on them.

4. As much as I like Weigers, we need to sustain drives and eat up the clock...I don't think we can do that without Glass at QB. WMU could just play the pass bc we've proven we can't run the ball without Glass's mobility.

This game is ULTRA important in my opinion. We win this and every MAC game in the future is winnable. Lose it and I suspect we finish much like last year or worse.
