Good first half except for the dumb penalties.

We were going to try and drive down to get in scoring position and rip their hearts out before halftime. Instead captain dumb*** decided to prove what a tough guy he was and get called for a personal foul, blowing up the drive.

We’ve held Charlotte to 55 total yards at the half. That’ll do defense. That’ll do.

We were outplayed after halftime against CCU and Tulane. Outscored 10-44. Time to see if we can turn that around

Charlotte gained 55 yards in the first half. We gave them another 65 yards in penalties.

anybody have the ESPN feed to start the 2nd half?

When is CUSA going to get a real TV package? I get better coverage and feeds from high school games.

I am sure someone will blame Legion Field.

I loved that. They had rugby punt on us twice in the first half. We blitzed the corner off the gunner into the side the punter wanted to roll to, forcing him to kick a low liner into his line to keep from getting it blocked.

No feed for me. ESPN3 is light years ahead of CUSA TV but we need to work on our in house production.

Greenwell bombs a 50 yard punt! Nice to see him get a hold of one.

It’s not CUSA. It’s us. Some of the schools have professional camera crews on their ESPN+ games. We don’t want to spend the money so we do the bare minimum.

I’ve got video back now.

Charlotte ran a 2 man route and left two TE’s and a RB in to block. We still sacked him.

We roughed the kicker to keep the drive alive two plays later.

I will say this. We got our moneys worth with the roughing the kicker penalty. We damn near broke him in half.

We have to play two teams every game now it seems, our opposition and ourselves. Very frustrating to watch.

Too much celebrating by the defense. Just do your job and get off the field.

Good crowd and for the first time this year, people didn’t have to leave at halftime because of heat or school. So even though it’s a 21 point game with 3 minutes left in the third, it’s still a good crowd.

In defense of our D. They are giving Charlotte a good ole fashioned butt whipping. They have reason to celebrate.

Two 3-and-outs in the third quarter. Looking a lot like Coastal right now.

Yeah. Offense has gotten conservative when we need to be trying to make a statement and ripping their hearts out.
