I can tell you why I hold the AD account and that's because he is upper management. He is the influencer and one of the key decision makers. We had a helluva coach in 2005 that he hired into. That same coach is a TXST alum and he let him walk then turned around and promoted the last coordinator I would have chose over Tom Herman, so Herman walked. That same coach (before Fran) I believe is on his 3rd stint of HS Coaching Job. Another BBall coach he hired he kept on and actually gave the dude a raise without any substantial success. Finally got rid of him and I believe that guy is or was coaching a HS Girls team.

Long story short the AD's work ethic, decision making, and attitude is just sad. Good people don't want to be around people like that. I mean would any of yall want to work for someone like that? Would you feel motivated to stick around or would you always be looking for another spot to land?
