At least we gave MSU a fight. Final: MSU 31, CMU 20. Offense looked like it was starting to come around later in the game.

Ohio should still get one vs Massachusetts.

This is the more things change, the more they stay the same week.

-Buffalo was humbled today in their home stadium.

-Ohio lights up UMass 58-42 after lighting them up 58-50 last season.

-CMU still has grit and can be dangerous in MAC play.

-Kent, BG and Miami don't have much in the way of offense.


I suspect after NIU takes EMU tonight and Toledo competes well with Fresno the power rankings will look a lot like last year.

This is why I say give it a few weeks before you start ranking MAC teams to watch results normalize out a bit.

What BG lacks in offense they more than make up for in lack of defense. Next coach, please!

He has Syracuse 4-1 with a near upset of Clemson today after taking them out last year.
