EMU Predictions
Huskies keep rolling in MAC play

Dogs 34
EMU 20

EMU gives up over 200 yards on the ground, and that continues as the Huskies pound the rock on the ground for over 200 yards again (46 carries for 220 yards against Chips)
Running game give some Huskies a 5 minute time of possession advantage keeping the D fresher
NIU pass rush leads to some bad passes by EMU and 2 INTs
Childers has 5 TD 0 INT last two games and passes close to 200 yards again. Passing game continues to improve as Tears gets more involved and freshman Cole Tucker seems poised to become a significant participant in the offense after 6 receptions last week vs FSU

RE: EMU Predictions
Cole really does look like he'll mature into a reliable receiver. But I'm afraid the coaches will continue to put the offensive burden on Childers and he will not be up to the task. Harbs will break off some runs to bewilder the Huskie faithful on the play calling ... EMU 24, NIU 20

We ran 47 times to 18 passes against CMU. I think we will definitely see more runs than passes, especially since EMU struggles with the run. And Harbison breaks some big ones.

RE: EMU Predictions
I think you're overestimating the intelligence of our coaching staff. Remember Harbs only ran it 13 times against CMU. He won't get enough carries to lead us to victory because the carries have to be evenly distributed. The coaches won't be giving Harbs extra carries at the expense of others. Hope you're right though...

RE: EMU Predictions
It would be smart to get Harbs more carries but we don't have the country's worst offense because our coaches are smart...

Harbs scores on the first drive of the game and then we never see him again. Our defense creates turnovers and great field position for the offense but they settle for field goals. Our defense wears down in the forth quarter and EMU scores 14 unanswered points. This may or may not include a botched snap or interception returned for a touchdown.

Only 27 yards rushing for the game. All TDs come via passing. The D scores 1 TD. Childers passes for over 500 yards.

I'm a Huskie diehard and I'm keeping the FAITH. I believe the boys will enter this game PISSED OFF and focused. Hopefully the coaches have had time to look at the film and devise a good game plan. The boys execute it, starting with TOUGH blocking on the line....

NIU 31
EMU 21

Lets go Huskies!!! Beat EMU!

RE: EMU Predictions
EMU- 25
NIU- 23

NIU ties game at 23 on a hail mary with no time left only to have a 15 yard personal foul assessed for celebration. EMU then blocks extra pt, returns it for 2 pts and the win.

Overlooked is Sutton Smith becoming 1st player in NCAA history with defensive TDs on back to back plays from scrimmage via blocked punt/return and sack/fumble return.

And MACTION is once again featured on Bad Beats over when o/u settles at 47.5.
