Well they also have two Pees on the coaching staff. Maybe they're holding grudges since their BG couldn't beat Woodside.

Tenn is thin at QB. They did the smart thing, bringing in some experience to learn the playbook in case needed. If Woodside had proven himself the better option, they would have gone that way.

Who knows what goes on behind the scenes in the NFL? So what you're saying is they brought in a QB that is older than Woodside, hasn't played since last year and before that it was in 2015, who was probably selling insurance or teaching somewhere over a QB who has at least been in The Titans system a few weeks?

they have 8-10 qbs they have on speed dial who can't play a lick they call anytime someone goes down. half of them have never gotten a snap in a single game.


that is in direction violation of the competition rule...also theres a free agent out there nobody is signing because he's a "distraction".

Davis was signed to their 53 man roster, hence no reason to cut Woodside from their practice squad as it was not a 1 for 1 move. Woodside's spot on the PS was taken by a DL. They could have kept Woodside for continued long term development, so either that was not working out or DL depth was a more important immediate need. Weird.

Actually they could have kept Woodside on PS as Davis was signed directly to their 53 man roster (filling a spot by player who went on IR). There was no need to cut Woodside to sign Davis as vet QB.
