I am sure more info will come out soon enough. If the kid is telling the truth, the staff has some explaining to do.

If the staff is telling the truth, that kid needs to learn what respect and character is. The kid admitted there was a scuffle. Why would there be a scuffle if he was never told to enter the game as he claims. Something happened.

Give the kid a break. It was 24-3 at half. He probably thought the game was over.

Well Pruitt said he was still on the team so Pruitt either lied and got called on it or he is letting someone who walked out on his team back on either way he probably just lost any authority he had in his locker room.

The way this season is looking what do you expect him to do? After the a$$ whuppins that are coming they wont be able to field a basketball team if they kick off the team all the players that refuse to go in the game.

Not buying it. A kid doesn't bust his butt in practice all week long for a chance to play, then when given that chance, refuse to go in the game.

Pruitt is not telling the whole story.

You’re assuming that k2’s comment was in response to this incident. I have no idea what happened with this incident, but I also believe that Pruitt will be gone sooner rather than later.

Vol fans have convinced themselves that Butch left them with a horrible team in disarray and that Pruitt will need to clean up the mess. In reality, Butch had quite a bit of talent on his team and there’s still plenty on the team. It’s early, but Pruitt hasn’t proven much at this point.

I gotta' wonder if any coach will be able to succeed there as long as Fat Phil is the AD. He's probably going behind Pruitt's back to asst. coaches and/or players to undermine the HC. He's just that s#itty in my book.
