Potential Impact of Win vs FSU
Besides a “boneyard” victory this one could mean a whole lot more even if FSU is having a down year. First off, any time you beat a powerhouse like FSU it does wonders for recruiting. It will get recruits attention in Florida who may be on the fence. And I think most importantly it will garner PLENTY of national attention because FSU will pay NIu 1.6 million to punch them in the mouth. Last year the Niu vs Nebraska game was trending on twitter for this exact same reason. This would be great publicity for the school and instill so much confidence going into conference play.

It will certainly give me me bragging rights at work. I'm tired of hearing "N-I-WHO?"

Of course, if NIU wins I'll be a gracious and magnanimous winner.....NOT.

I'll rub it in their faces for years!

GO HUSKIES!

Same here! Although most of my coworkers give NIU pretty good respect.

Not here. but during the Orange bowl everyone, and I mean everyone, who wasn't an FSU fan, was rooting for NIU.
