You seem way too ignorant to be any type of teacher, to be honest.

By letting people opt out of paying for these benefits but still making unions absorb the costs for these free loaders is a problem. They still enjoy the benefits but not the costs. They should have to pay a fair share or the law should make these people at will employees without protections.

The Unions still have to protect these free loaders.

Because of Janus

“Fair share” fees will evaporate. Unions will continue to represent the free loaders, provide the same support through grievance procedures, and offer the same collective bargaining benefits. They’ll just not Have to pay for it.

The main problem is you have no fing idea what the basis of the Janus ruling actually is.

I will take it from your continued bleating that you find it proper that the Government should take money from *any* group of people and hand that money over to any group that will use it for political purposes. In short, to support the dissent in Janus you have to support that proposition.

Do you even realize that?

*That* is the answer to your question that you keep whining like a ***** about. And yes, I dont think the Government should be utilized as a bagman for collection of monies to be used for political purposes. That fundamental government action is a basic violation of the 1st amendment.

You think that the 'agency' issue weighs more than the issue of governmental intrusion and government power being utilized directly to collect funds that can be used for political purposes. Your whining is noted.

I am stunned that anyone would turn a blind eye to the government forcibly collecting money form *anyone* to be used for political purposes. How hard is it for you to overlook that basic issue?

The issue isnt whether Joe Sixpack wanted to send in union dues or did not. That is immaterial, they are farking still free to do that. But stunningly you and other blind as fark knee jerks think that the fact of using government power and coersion to ensure that transasction, and using government power to be the delivery boy for political funds is somehow a smashing good idea.

By the way, you are aware that Janus is strictly limited to public sector unions because of this, right?

Go climb a farking tree with your whine.

The singular point is that I think using government power to transfer money from anyone to anyone else for political purposes, in any amount, is farking grotesque. You are seemingly in love with it. Sound good to you?

Why is it that it always seems to be progressive douche nozzles who can never actually state the underpinning of any Supreme Court case accurately?

He's a teacher. Otherwise this would be a complete non-issue to him.

That is scary.

he's no dummy......

but to your point..... yeah, for a variety of reasons.....
