NIU's offense has to do something, anything, to keep the ball for awhile to give the D a rest.

And, in the process, it would nice to score, too!

RE: Florida State Predictions
The biggest impact felt y a win over FSU would be for the fans. Huskie nation needs a shot in the arm big time. As far as recruiting, maybe a tiny bit. But kids know all the decent G5 schools. Im sure they also know all the recent results for any schools they're considering. So while they'll know NIU beat a 4 win FSU team, they'd also know NIU managed to lose to a 6 win Iowa team 33-7. But to me this win would be a huge confidence boost in the program.

I think what adds to the misery of our offense is that Childers needs to check the sideline for almost every play. This can disrupt the tempo of the offense.

We used to go fast on offense. Now we just eat up time before the 3 and out.

The only way we win is if we create some turnovers and actually capitalize on some of them.

I always get excited about the Huskies playing. Not today; we obviously have to do something to shake up the offense, but I have zero faith in the coaching staff doing much of anything. Please prove me wrong Carey and staff; even if it does not work well, at least try something!

How about a fake punt from our own end zone? Worked real well last time.

Our D has to gassed after 3 weeks of superb performances. Combine that with the heat/humidity of FLA and a FSU team that is looking to take their frustrations out on somebody.

Close at first but the second half is not pretty.

Native Americans 35
Huskies 13

Prediction winner, week 4.
