UCA joining the SBC. Evidently only in men's soccer initially, but that would be a foot in the door. Does that mean that before too much longer we will have three full Arkansas programs in the Belt?

My first thought was joining the Belt for men's soccer likely means nothing. On the other hand, I'm not sure why they would move from the Valley which provided much easier travel for the soccer team than the eastern seaboard based Sun Belt men's soccer schools. Moving to the Belt also means they would likely need to move up to FBS football.
While this seems unlikely, if we get a definite NO for Little Rock football, they may decide that they could be central Arkansas' team and even play their bigger games at War Memorial. If this where to actually happen, one day in the future, it may be Little Rock's Sun Belt membership status that would be shaky.

Even if it were to happen, it would be a long way off. I assume all the school administrations would have to buy in, and unless someone else dropped out, that would unbalance any sports that have divisions.

I believe at one time the goal was to get 12 football playing schools so they could have 2 divisions of 6. Since they now have a championship game with only 10 schools this may be irrelevant. Also we will be getting a new commissioner next year, so who knows what he will want for the league. Maybe rotating the tourney back to Hot Springs may be a possibility.
