RE: WLAX
Maybe this is a blessing in disguise for JMU? If another "bigger" program with deeper pockets was thinking about coming and poaching her, perhaps this causes them to think twice? Anything that keeps SKB on the JMU sideline is a good thing.

RE: WLAX
First time offense (to my knowledge) and knowing absolutely no details about what occurred, I'm fine giving her a pass on this one. Who's to say her and the other former JMU players weren't screaming the fight song just a little too late at night? Not saying she couldn't have handled things better, but at this point I think public admonishment is punishment enough.

Just sort of what you'd expect from a WLAX Head Coach. Don't expect a preacher's wife.

Also, she's totally one of us. We all know wonderful women who graduated from JMU. She is one of us. I love her.

RE: WLAX
I'm guessing there was more than just a bad word and/or a few too many rounds. I am assuming this happened in H'burg and I have a hard time believing a H'burg cop cites the JMU LAX coach who has nicely (and evening drunkenly) states they are sorry, just out celebrating, won't happen again, headed home, etc. Her official statement could be read as somewhat arrogant and dodging responsibility, "Even though I was celebrating a National Championship with friends.." I have never met her but it doesn't seem crazy that she might have had a similar tone with the cop.
Basically, H'burg is full of idiots right now as it is the start of fall semester and midterms a month off, but somehow she found herself receiving a citation.
EDIT: To be clear, I don't really care, I'd still buy her a beer or two (just not three).
