The start of the Sanders era han't inspired much confidence. Marchi doesn't need to be on the team next year.

How many times are they going to let Furman run the edge before they make an adjustment

Great, now that we have the pressure of winning off our backs we can let Herink get some snaps.

RE: Official Game Thread: Furman
I have trusted Herink since the first season. I don't know why the coaches don't trust him. Maybe I should be the head coach.

And to nobodies surprise, herink comes in and leads the Bucs all the way down the field for a touchdown.

RE: Official Game Thread: Furman
This ticks me off more than anything. Austin should have taken every freaking snap this season. He deserved to play in Knoxville. Had he started tonight the Bucs would have a chance to win. Sanders obviously had trouble admitting the mistake he made. It nearly cost the VMI game and it's probably too late for this one.

Herink at least gives us a chance but he unfortunately still has to play behind that offensive line. He's getting pummeled out there.

Herink just looks confident out there. Excellent body language. Looks in total control. Players are responding. The defense is energized.

It’s clear who the starting quarterback should be. It’s not even up for debate.

We should all be concerned that Marchi was evaluated to be superior to Austin. Extremely concerned.

When you watch these the QBs just throwing Marchi looks better. Throws a tighter ball and moves better. He unfortunately throws it to the wrong team a lot. Nick Sexton was the same way.i think Sanders knows this line is suspect and thought Marchi could make more plays with his feet.

Inserting Herink has defiantly sparked this team and it appears they are more comfortable with him. Hopefully the line can keep him up right.

Makes sense. These guys have grown up together. Watching Austin ride the bench had to rub a lot of guys the wrong way.
