Washington State was previously undefeated before this game. Volleyball is killing it so far. They are 2-0 vs the ACC. 1-1 vs the SEC and now 1-0 vs the PAC-12. Volleyball might just be the best team on campus this year.

Congrats to these great athletes! Keep on keepin' on. Possibly a well deserved ranking in their future?

Not very familiar with Volleyball, but overall it looks like they've performed quite well overall in the non conference schedule.

2-0 at home, 1-2 on the road, and 8-1 at neutral sites.

Their performance at various neutral locations to me says the most about how capable this team seems to be, and the fact that they've now managed to successfully knock off a Top 25 team tells me that they have a real shot and not only meeting but exceeding their performance last year.

Not sure how strong the SOCON is overall, but they'd need to keep winning, and probably hope for one or two Top 25 teams to loose games.

And...………....they beat Tennessee, Clemson, Duke, and Washington State, but lose to High Point!? At home.

Bucs currently ranked #40 out of 336 teams in the latest volleyball RPI poll.
https://www.ncaa.com/rankings/volleyball...eyball-rpi

They are 21-5 overall and 10-1 in the Socon. They are no longer getting votes for the top 25 poll, probably because of the High Point and Samford loss. It will be interesting to see what happens if they win the rest of their Socon games. Especially since there are two teams currently ranked in the top 25 that they beat (Tennessee and Washington State).

So football wasn't the only major action yesterday. The Lady Bucs Volleyball team managed a 3-0 road win against Wofford, improving to 13-1 in conference, 24-5 overall, and capturing the SoCon regular season title.

ETSU finishes off the regular season at home yesterday and today with a pair of 3-0 shutouts, first taking care of The Citadel, then defearing Mercer on Senior Day.

They now improve to a 26-5 record, 15-1 conference record, a 10 game winning streak, and the number 1 overall seed in the SoCon Tournament. Their first game will be against the winner of the UTC and The Citadel matchup.

After a dominating season volleyball falls in the Socon championship today to Samford, which was the only team the Bucs lost to in the conference. It will be interesting to see if they can get an at large bid. With two wins over top 25 teams, a top 35 RPI and a 28-6 record I think they deserve it.
