Did a UNT fan say it would?

Nope. Dawgxas just like to **** on us any chance he gets. LaTech is winning the natty, J'Mar Smith is far and away the best QB in the conference, and UNT is going 0-12 every year, with Mason Fine throwing for twice the INT's as TD's.

Dude is delusional

BINGO!

Direct quote from above.

Look at the compliments I gave NT.

Have you seen both play? I have and South Alabama is no doubt the better team. No supposition there. I have seen it with my own two eyes and you haven’t. South Alabama beat Troy, yes the Troy that whipped NT

That just an excuse, plenty of bowl teams win with a head coach moving on. That doesn’t change the talent, and SMU is devoid of talent on their lines. No rush from SMU, let spread qb have all day to throw and it won’t be pretty.

Rush Fine and force him to throw deep. 22 passer rating against Troy with multiple picks, last time Tech was at apogee Fine had 48 passer rating after being sacked multiple times with a pick.

In each game we should have score more. In each game our 3rd/4th teams defense gave up cheap points late. Our three blowouts could have been much more. So even though the three teams we played have their share of issues, we still basically had each game wrapped up by halftime. How good are we? Well, we're better than last season when we won the division title.

I'm expecting y'all to be the first team to makes us play four quarters this season. I'd bet on us winning but it should be a good game. I just wish it wasn't so early in the season.

I know you keep bringing up Troy and SMU because you think they help support your arguments. What happened two years ago when Mason Fine was a true freshman and our team was in it's first season under Littrell is even more obscure. What's much more relevant is us going to La Tech last year and spoiling your Homecoming. This year you are our Homecoming opponent so you'll have the chance to return the favor.

Hey UNT fanatics, sorry I’m late to the party, but fkn phenomenal performance! I don’t care if Arkansas is down, up, sideways, or asymptotic. Domination at its finest! Congratulations!

That is certainly true, but you could say that about any next game for anybody.

La Tech beat S. Alabama by four and clobbered Southern. I suspect all NT's wins were against better teams than Southern. Furthermore, I would bet on SMU and Arkansas to easily beat S. Alabama.

NT doesn't have the most difficult CUSA team oc schedule, but at the same time none of the first three games were remotely competitive.

I do hope La Tech beats LSU, that would be good not only for La Tech; but the conference.

Hope you make it into Denton for a game that may decide the West CUSA champion.

North Texas had good win, even with Arkansas losing to a terrible Colorado State, I knew NT would have to overcome the refs also. North Texas took it out of the refs hands, that’s how you beat an SEC team at home.

But it is foolish to think that North Texas “should win all the rest of their games”. North Texas has beaten two really awful teams.

You would probably lose, no doubt South Alabama is better than SMU. Probably better than Arkansas too. Seen both play, remember we beat SMU 59-10 with their NFL receiver.

North Texas has the weakest OC schedule considering Arkansas is last in the SEC (polls.) It will take a sweep by NT to make into Top 25, that’s how bad Arkansas is and once they start getting pounded by Alabama, Auburn, LSU it wont do NT any favors

I said before the season North Texas and Marshall have the best chance of beating P5. Both playing weak P5 teams. Tech will probably not beat #6 LSU or #14 Mississippi State both have strong defenses that any CUSA team would have trouble against

Don't remember arguing that NT was going to be in top 25. I do take issue with those that belittle NT's wins because of the competition. The facts are that all NT's victories have been overwhelming domination.

So La Tech clobbered SMU last year with their great receiver, but you fail to mention that SMU had just lost their coach and would have been rolled over by almost any team. That is supposition just like your post.

S. Alabama would not win against either SMU or Arkansas. Most polls agree, but none of those teams are highly rated.

NT may not win another game, but at this point they are far and away the most impressive CUSA team.

The good thing is that in less than two weeks, bragging rights between La Tech and NT will be settled.

You're right. J'Mar Smith is gonna throw for 800 yards and 10 TDS and Mason Fine will throw 26 INT's and will be sacked 45 times

LaTech will be instantly crowned National Champions right then and there.

LA Tech is a good team, but you are not going to come into a crowded Apogee on a night we are honoring Mean Joe Greene and push around this Mean Green team. The Dawgs just ain't that good.

I'm so glad LA Tech is our first conference game, so dawgxas' delusions of grandeur and fixation with North Texas will finally end.

We'll see, won't we. The good news is, 9/29 isn't that far away now, so we don't have to wait much longer.

By the way, I bought 4 tickets today for $155. UNT's tickets are EXPENSIVE. That's roughly $39 each to sit in the visiting LA Tech section. I was surprised. The ticket seller in the LA Tech ticket office said UNT's tickets were the 2nd most expensive on our travel schedule, which includes two SEC venues. He said tickets to our road game at Mississippi St are only $30 each. I figure UNT is just trying to take advantage of the good expected crowd from LA Tech.

Ahem.....no thanks! We're still going to come to YOUR house on 9/29 and BURN IT DOWN. This ain't o'fer Arkansas your dealing with now. 07-coffee3

I'll be bringing this post up after the game on the 29th.

LA Tech is a good team, but you are not going to come into a crowded Apogee on a night we are honoring Mean Joe Greene and push around this Mean Green team. The Dawgs just ain't that good.

I'm so glad LA Tech is our first conference game, so your delusions of grandeur and fixation with North Texas will finally end.

I think our AD is hoping LA Tech won't sell their allotment and we can sell them. It is a big weekend, with the statue unveiling and new IPF breaking ground. The old golf course will be very Green. If we beat Liberty on Saturday, the game will be a sellout or very close to it.

You do realize our starting defense has only given up 19 points through the first 3 games? This is the story people have yet to realize.

SMU 0 points on UNT's starting defense (defense pulled in the middle of the 3rd)
Incarnate Word 9 points on UNT's starting defense (defense pulled early in the 3rd)
Arkansas 10 points on UNT's starting defense (defense pulled near the end of the 3rd)

The other 37 points UNT has given up came against our backups late in the game after we had put those opponents away. I told y'all I saw something in fall camp. well, there it is. This UNT defense appears to be for real. The scary thing is that our offense is better then last season, and our special teams are playing special.

Davis Wade stadium has double the seats Apogee does and La Tech is probably one of the cheaper tickets on their schedule, but believe what you want, you always do.
