For those not watching, we stop USA on 3rd down. Then it's 4th and 2 and they go for it and we stop them for a loss. But the refs say that the 3rd down play was under review and that the 4th down play didn't count.... then they confirm that they didn't convert on 3rd down and get another chance at 4th....
